R J Wheels' modern facilities are conveniently located on Bethel Road and Sancus Blvd in Columbus. Shown below, each Service Center has a customer lounge and complementary beverages for customers who prefer to wait for their cars. The business is open Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 7:00pm and Saturday 7:30am to 4:30pm.
The customer waiting area, service sales area, 11 service bays and a parts department are contained in the 5060 square foot center. With over 10,000 vehicles serviced each year, computer terminals in the central sales area to process customer orders and control shop operations. Technicians, using the latest test equipment, provide all services from electrical and computerized engine control diagnosis and repair to oil changes, tuneups, brakes, transmissions, clutch, and engine replacement. All services are handled through the company's Point-of-Sale computer system. Relevant vehicle and customer data as well as the service history of customer vehicles are kept as permanent records in both computer and hard copy files.
