With over 7,000 vehicles serviced each year, computer terminals in the central sales area to process customer orders and control shop operations.

Technicians, using the latest test equipment, provide all services from electrical and computerized engine control diagnosis and repair to oil changes, tuneups, brakes, transmissions, clutch, and engine replacement.

All services are handled through the company's point-of-sale computer system.

Relevant vehicle and customer data as well as the service history of your vehicles are kept as permanent records in both computer and hard copy files.

R J Wheels' modern facilities are conveniently located on Bethel Road and Sancus Blvd in Columbus. Shown below, each Service Center has a customer lounge for customers who prefer to wait for their cars.

HIGH TECH SERVICE:

Installed in each Service Center is a 12 DVD ‘Mitchell International’ Automotive Technical Data system that is updated every 90 days to provide the latest information, including manufacturer’s Technical Service Bulletins, needed to service all domestic, european and asian vehicles.
